Scented Geraniums

There are many different types of scented geraniums, apple, apricot, nutmeg, peppermint, rose, etc. The leaves and blossoms are edible and can be used in teas or cookies and cakes. To flavor sugar, layer several scented geranium leaves in a jar of sugar and let it sit for a week or two.
The sugar will have the essence of the scented geranium.
